    Hi all

    The latest news is mum is due to go back into hospital again. This is for the infection that she has on the bone flap that got put back in place back in Nov 09 after her last brain tumour operation. The Neurosurgeon has said that he wants to treat the infection quickly as if mum's Urologist wants to give her any Chemo then already having an infection would make mum's situation 10 times worse.     Well my mum has seen her urologist and he has said that the operation went well and is pleased with mum's progress so far. Nothing unexpected was found and he has given us a pathology report of what was removed, descriptions, grading etc.

    The tumour is grade 3 with T3a Nx (which I think means non determined?) and M1

    The next step he said is to give mum more blood tests and further scans, particularly on the lung…
