Well after the beautiful weekend, I was actually sorry to see my hubby go off to work and then the kids off to school. Not saying the peace and quiet wasn't equally lovely.

Well today didn't pan out exactly as planned. Text Dad to say happy birthday and that he had three more placesettings to put out for Sunday Roast today (Tony, Lara & me!!!).....within minutes the phone rang and I could hear Tony chatting away while I was in the bath. Basically Mum was really poorly - sore throat, coughing & sneezing - not so bad really but I will be starting oral chemo in the next week…

What a wonderful day eh!!!!!!! Glorious sunshine and hardly a cloud in the sky all day.
Woke up to a cuppa tea in bed served by my lovely husband, not sure there is a better way to start the day.
