    Well I've been awake since 3am nothing new there and have had all sorts going through my mind. First I was thinking about Danielle, hope she is back home soon and gets a treatment plan on Monday. Then I started to think about my family and how it has been affected by cancer. Here is a summary:

    Aunty - Leukaemia - died

    I'm feeling really cheesed off. My chemo is a 3 week cycle, 2 weeks of chemo and then 1 week of rest. On my week of rest I like to arrange a little treat and yesterday was one of those days.   • Trips, Friends and problems!

    I have been trying constantly to add a comment on the bowel cancer forum 'Trips and friends' but I'm having no luck at all. As a bowel cancer sufferer, it is a forum I follow for advice, information etc. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me doing something wrong?

  • My tumours have been selected

    When I saw the Oncologist this week, he asked if I would agree to allow my tumours to be used in research. Obviously I said yes as anything that helps in the advancement of research has to be a good thing. My consultant and I signed a consent form and I also had to donate two large vials of blood so that they can extract my DNA and presumably other things. As I've been a good girl so far, I wasn't concerned about my DNA…
