    To be finally home after surgery was wonderful. My sister had come to stay so she could help with housework etc. I had the District Nurse coming every day to check my wound........all was okay there, no problems.     Yesterday was a really good day. We went to a family silver wedding anniversary celebration at Signatures Restaurant in Conwy. Started with smoked salmon rissotto with parmesan flakes and chive oil, followed by slow braised welsh lamb served on a savoy cabbage, parsnip and tarragon mash, and a lovely selection of vegetables.
