    Haven't posted for a long time , my wife had had her BMT and has suffered with gvhd badly. She didn't eat for about 20 days was real scary then we have been in n out of hospital with peripheral nerve damage possibly g-barre syndrome, that got better but she is ill with bugs now, thought it may of been the unspeakable but blood counts were confirmed good, has been about 8 months since transplant and things plod on.     The last couple of days were going quite good for my wife... then today she started to feel the chemo side effects. It is very scary being only able to sit there watching her in pain. The niurses and staff are fantastic and sympathetic. I have started to become acclimatised to the situation, not happy but accepting it, i am still absolutely petrified.     my wife started chemo today she has been put in a trial and is getting standard dose. sofar so good she hasnt felt ill, it is so scary when the docotrs talk to you , they can be so brutal yet caring at the same time, yesterday was a bad day, we had THE TALK for the secondtime my wifes blood pressure dropped to a scarily low amount, i cried which made me angry because i didnt want to cry in front of her, i feel i have…

    my wife was just diagnosed with AML and just wanted to know how evryone still is. my wifes cancer is very strong and she is about to start chemo... how will she feel . please any advice would be appreciated. we still have to break it to our children xx
