    Hi all, hope you are all as well as can be. Well I did it last chemo yesterday all 8 achieved. Felt wierd though happy it was all over and at the same time sad. After spending the last 6 months going to the chemo suite and knowing that after yesterday I wouldn't have to go again felt like I was leaving friends behind.All the nurses and health care assisstants hugged me when I left and made me promise to go and see them…

    Hi all,

    Went to see oncologist today about starting radiotherapy. Got to have 20 sessions starting 26th May, my husbands birthday lol, and 3 days after mine. Hopefuly all treatment will be finished on the 22nd June just in time for our two week holiday on the 10th July.     I have just registered myself and 7 friends to take part in this years Race for Life in Wolverhampton on the 17th June. I was just wondering if any one else was taking part here or any where else. What is good this year is that due to my diagnosis a lot of friends from around the country are taking part in their areas which is brilliant, the more the better.     Can't believe what a difference this chemo has had on me. Saturday and Sunday I felt fine, even went shopping around Birmingham on Sunday. But since then have the pains set in, they started on Monday gradually getting worse.
