Hi all,

I have just registered myself and 7 friends to take part in this years Race for Life in Wolverhampton on the 17th June. I was just wondering if any one else was taking part here or any where else. What is good this year is that due to my diagnosis a lot of friends from around the country are taking part in their areas which is brilliant, the more the better. I am hoping that the weather will be kind and not raining.

To all those who are taking part enjoy the occasion and best of luck in getting around, if any thing like me I shall probably end up crawling round the 5km lol.

hey... well done ... me and my sisters done it last year and are doing it again this year... it was a wonderfull experience... and the atomosphere is so great ... you dont even notice your walking... good luck

amanda we are in northern ireland.... normally...training???? whats that??? he he he ... we just walked and talked last year... it was fun....i would love to run it but i find if i even walk fast it hurts my liver.... think the gremlins get anoyed at too much exertion lol.... but hey... small potato`s.... at least i CAN walk..... i`ve even been doing a bit of swimming.... got myself up to 10 lengths... stopping for a break at each end.. ok ok you can stop laughing now ....its a start he he he
