Hi there
I've had such a top speed cancer diagnosis and surgery, I was diagnosed beginning of May, total robotic hysterectomy end May, luckily no further treatment needed. But I'm not better yet! I was kinda hoping it would be 3 months out of my life then I could just carry on, but it's not. I'm still sore and so easily tired, emotional and just sad.
Everyone tells I'm lucky to get off so lightly but I still feel rubbish
Hi Janette and welcome! It can be a lot to go through the whirlwind of tests, scans, diagnosis, op and then bam it’s all over. No wonder it doesn’t feel like it as suddenly there’s no attention/support! I’d suggest you get in touch with your CNS and ask about your hospital’s “life after cancer” course as it may help!
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
