Hi. I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago and left this group about six years ago. I am now back on the Macmillan site because of breast cancer (primary, not related) but I just wanted to pop on and say hello. Not sure if any of my friends from then are still using this wonderful group that helped me so much. I am applying all the things I learned back then, to my new situation. It's just as terrifing, harder to cope with because I'm 10 years older. Easier in some ways because my kids are grown up - though still young. Ive just had my post surgery results, which are good - just radiotherapy to do now. Then cross fingers
Hi Never1
I am glad that you found the group helpful during your womb cancer journey.
I am sorry to hear that you are now dealing with breast cancer but pleased that your post op results are good. Good luck with the radiotherapy.
Jane
