.vi have endometrial cancer, also spread to lymph nodes. 2nd chemo tomorrow, with cold capping. Cut my long hair yesterday to a pixie cut as was shredding so much, was so upsetting. Trying to stay positive but my life has changed so much.

I am sorry to hear that you are undergoing treatment for endometrial cancer.
I also had chemo (2022) and also used the cooling cap.
Whilst it can be helpful to try to have a positive outlook at times it can help just to go with the flow. Chemo is tough and hair loss is tough and it is natural to have some down days.
I know when I was going through treatment it was tough at times and felt like it would never end- but once I sort of got into the routine of it- it did go quicker than expected.
I hope that your chemo goes well tomorrow- I found that after the first cycle it became a bit easier as I ticked another one off the list and also you know what to expect.
