Thanks to all who commented on my last thread.
The consultant could see how upset and anxious I was and didn't push to take the biopsies today. He is arranging for me to have them and a hysteroscopy with local injections and gas and air. It means a wait but I am so relieved.
He was lovely. Thanks for all the advice about alternative options - although he offered them without any prompting.
That’s good news. This journey really is a rollercoaster! Everyone I met professionally was so lovely and I’m glad your consultant was responsive to your needs and that you feel reassured. Sometimes you just need to come up for air when you’re going all through this as it’s so overwhelming!
