Hi, i just noticed bleeding today after a few weeks on and off, of clear discharge. I linked that with the nauseous feeling i had some mornings and some abdominal discomfort. Googled then made an apptmt with the Gyn for tomorrow. Yes i am overweight and gave myself a pass the last year since losing my husband in April '23 after being married only 3 yrs. I live alone with no family nearby and don't have many close friends. I am nervous. Have always tried to help others when they weren't well but i am not trusting and sadly afraid to reach out. Not comfortable telling anyone but y'all right now. Thanks for this website even though i just saw it's based in the UK! I am in Queens, NY. Thank you for reading.

  • Hi WhtMtn

    Welcome to the Womb group.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some bleeding but you have done the right thing in getting checked. I hope that your appointment tomorrow goes well.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your husband last year. It must have been a difficult time.

Do not be afraid to reach out on here for support- there are many lovely ladies on here who will want to help.

Macmillan is based in the UK but you are still very welcome in posting. Although the majority of people do live in the UK we do have people from all over the world. So you are very welcome. Hope that we can offer some support to you.
