Hi I’m sure you’re relieved it’s done! My surgery was abdominal- only told in anaesthetic room - and recovery was still really good. Stayed in hospital 2 nights. Now 13 weeks on and have been back to normal for a while - although mid was through adjuvant radiotherapy.

Glad to hear your operation is done. I didn't have abdominal surgery myself but several ladies on here have - and they recovered well. I had robotic surgery but apparently my bladder was stuck to my womb (adhesions). I was told it was "tricky" and took longer as a result. We never know what's going to turn up do we!

It's such a huge relief to get the op out of the way isn't it! I think recovering in Spring/Summer is better. My recovery was Autumn/Winter - but it all went ok. I followed post op advice to the letter and asked a few questions on here along the way.

Well I’ve got the full set laperoscopy incisions  then abdominal, I don’t do things by half’s  please you recovery is on track wishing you well with your treatment xx

Im new on here im glad you are on road to recovery i was told on 1st may stage 1 1a womb so due my laporospic operation on 15th not worried about it so much as this forum put people at ease  with posotive message just hate anestic as im alway sick after i ever have them

Well I did not know what to expect as I’ve never had a anaesthetic  , but I have discovered I can’t take strong pain medication, but I agree the forum helps I’m home now and on the road to recovery, I wish you all the best for the 15th not to long to wait , take care x
