My GP has informed me that they’ve had the provisional report which says -
‘no intact fragments of endometrium for assessment’
GP suspects this means the biopsy sample was / insufficient
has anyone had this? Not had any information from hospital yet …. And all secretaries not working on a Friday according to their voicemails.
Will this mean I need to do it again?
Hello Ktrob
That sounds really frustrating for you.
When I had mine done in 2022 I was losing a lot of blood and they had to strain the sample to make sure there was sufficient tissue there to test.
Always hard when you can't get answers- I hope that they will get back to you on Monday with the next steps.
Perhaps give the Support Line a call if you want to talk it through. It won't make the answers come back any quicker but a friendly ear can help.
Jane
