I understood it to be one based on well differentiated cells and the online grading scheme, though all they ever said was 1a
Hi Selgats
I just wanted to give my support to you. I am currently stable after treatment. Please read my profile by clicking on my username. My predicted stage 1a quickly became very different after hysterectomy. Within 4 months I became Grade 3 Stage 4b with mets to vagina, lung and pelvic bone. I know my prognosis is not great, my only line of treatment is chemo (and maybe radio as a short course) and I am incurable but still treatable. I am getting on with my life as much as I am able as I struggle with fatigue. But I am still here, until I'm not, however long or short that may be.
Hang in there and best wishes for your treatment.
A x
