Hi everyone
I'm new to this so wanted to reach out and say hello to you all
hi Burnsy4eva, welcome to the group. Did you want to say a bit about your situation? If you’d like to read my story, click on my name and you can then read my profile!
Hi
I have created my biography now
Thanks for messaging me
Hi again, I’ve just read your story - what a shock that must have been for you. I’m thinking you maybe meant grade 1 stage 1a? How many check ups have you had since May? It sounds from how you’ve written your story that you maybe still a bit overwhelmed by the intensity of it all?
Yes, I meant grade 1 stage 1a.
I was number with shock it was awful and still is
I've had 3 check ups up to now lovey.
Hi again, a cancer diagnosis is a big deal anyone for any of us to take in. The good thing is that it’s gone now. It can be hard to move on after all the ups and downs of diagnosis and operation, and your hospital should provide a free course called Life After Cancer or something similar. Do you still have your CNS contact details?
HI
Yes I do still have my CNS contact numbers, I'll give them a call and ask them
Thank you for that
Take care
Xx
If you feel that one to one counselling may help, your CNS should also be able to refer you, or you could also contact Macmillan - go to this link and then scroll down:
