Hello Ladies,
I posted here a couple of weeks ago, devastated with my diagnosis and feeling completely overwhelmed, all info is in my bio.
Finally got my results for my MRI and CT scan. There is no spread as far as they can see so they believe it is 1a which is brilliant news, well if any of this can be considered good news!
I had a holiday booked with my lovely boys next week so they have said this can still go ahead and I will be going in for a total hysterectomy at the start of September.
A little glimmer of light in this horrible place I have been in for the past couple of weeks. I am sure you can all relate to this helpless feeling.
I hope you are all well and thank you for your support when I needed you most and didn't know where to turn.
Alex x

Hi Alex, that's great news and you get to go on holiday to take your mind off things. Yes, we all understand the helpless feelings we go through and are glad we could help in some way.
Hugs, Barb xx

I've just read it through whilst eating my lunch and wow, I hope it goes as smoothly for me for my op. Even though I am a larger lady I do exercise everyday over our local woods for 45 minutes and I will be keen to be up and walking as soon as I can.
I also get migraines and I'm sensitive to light and noises so not looking forward to the bright lights and overstimulation, I will definitely mention this if it's a problem and take in an eye mask, sunglasses and ear plugs haha xx
