Hi all I hope everyone Is doing ok.

Well I’ve had the appointment with my oncologist and I am starting 3 weeks of brachytherapy next Wednesday. She did say they might have giving me 5 sessions of radiotherapy too but because I have Crohn’s disease they thought that was not a good idea. I have to go along with the experts so I’ll take the brachytherapy and then get on with my life. I’m grateful that I wake up every day and feel ok.

Has anyone else just had brachytherapy?

Hi Poppy123. Both Jigsaw33 and I had 3 sessions of Brachytherapy at the same time.

Hi Barb. Thanks for your reply. The hospital called earlier and changed my start date to Monday, which is better for me. Xx
