Day 11 after Operative Hysteroscopy

Hi Mollys65, I am awaiting hysteroscopy March 19th because ultrasound shows my womb lining at 14mm thick. I have cramping pains in my left lower side but no bleeding. Only once at xmas I had slight show. .  The cramping is worrying me the most tbh.  I feel like i am the only one with such thickness of womb lining and it is making me worry so much xx

Honestly hope we will both be ok, fingers crossed xx

I was told that light bleeding could be expected after the biopsy. I had it for around 24 hours then it stopped. I was told that any bleeding that soaked through a pad, any clots or signs of infection- to contact the hospital. I had a bit of cramping after the procedure but it settled quickly. If you are concerned or anything worsens, give them a call. Good luck for Tuesday.

Hi . I had hysteroscopy, biopsy and polypectomy 12 days ago, due to post menopausal bleeding. Womb lining thickened , large polyp removed and more an coil fitted . My bleeding afterwards lasted about three days but have had light spotting since. I am really anxious about results and struggling with this wait. It's just the un known. My procedure will have been two weeks on Monday . Just wondering if you have heard anything or how long you waited . I've also been advised by hospital to change my HRT from evoril conti to oestrogen only patch but currently unable to get appointment so unsure if to just stop patches or keep hoping for an appointment soon . 

The waiting is the worst . 

I have just had a Hysteroscopy, biopsy and polypectomy . My womb lining was 14 mm . I am still waiting results but I also had/ have cramping left side . Bleeding on and of post menopause.  They fitted a mirena coil during hysteroscopy ( to thin lining ) and I have been told to change my evoril conti HRT ( have tried that this week but can't get a doctor's appointment YET ). Now anxiously waiting results.
