It's been tree weeks now since I had my hysterectomy to remove the cancer, all of a sudden I have pain in my lower abdomen it's like period pain but ten times worse.
I haven't had this pain since the op is it normal or should I be concerned

You need to get this checked out. This is a sudden and severe pain and there maybe a reason for it that needs attention. Have you been doing more or lifted something? How are you feeling generally?
On your discharge paperwork there should be a number to call and also a number for your CNS.
If you are unable to get in touch with them then perhaps consider giving your GP a call or during out of hours NHS111. They would be able to advise you. I would advise you to do today.
