Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well. I’m still working my way through recovery process, and I’m hoping that things will pick up soon. After the speed of my initial getting up and about things seem to have ground to a halt, at least that’s how it feels and it’s very frustrating. I went from being able to toddle about and feeling full of energy to feeling constantly tired and lethargic. I’m still feeling like that and I’m now on week 5 (I think), I seem to have lost track of time, probably due to the lockdown and the days all running into one another. Apart from the lethargy and twinges of what feels like menstrual cramps I’m fine. I’m just waiting for the letter or phone call telling me whether I need further treatment or I’m done and dusted. I can’t remember if they said 4 or 6 weeks before I find out. Isn’t it funny how it all seems like a lifetime ago one minute and just yesterday the next. Anyway wishing you all well, stay safe, keep warm and be kind to yourself.
Take Care

Hi I noticed you haven't had any replies yet. I'm glad to hear you are recovering, it does take time and varies for everyone, the main thing being not to overdo anything especially lifting heavy things and listen to your body when it tells you to rest! I hope you don't have to wait too long for your results, my appointment was 4 weeks after surgery, that was 3 years ago, I'm not sure if things are taking a bit longer or not due to Covid.
Take care,
Hugs, Lesley xx
