To the ladies that I know on here and all the newbies that I have not even met yet, I just want to say how different life is after cancer diagnosis and worry etc, I was the worlds worst worrier and the most negative person you could meet, I was convinced initially that I would not be here to see this milestone birthday, But here I am 18 months on, 50 today and feeling great, mainly because. everyday my journey gets further away into my past and I think about it less and less, intact rarely at all now, so just to give hope to anyone starting their journey and feeling that your life will never move on, it does believe me, I look back and can’t believe I actually went through all those scans worries and the op, it just feels like it was someone else now and not me, st the start of my journey  a friend  said to me just get yourself better and think of the celebration we will have for your 50th at the time it seemed ages  away, and at not knowing my results for stage etc  I didn’t think I would see 50 but it’s here and to be honest it feels extra special for me because I have come so far mentally and for the first time in ages I’m in control and that feels good, so please remember you will not always feel as you do now, life will and does go on , you are all strong ladies and although cancer is something none of us wanted to face, be proud of yourselves because you have or are facing it and you will come out the other side feeling much stronger for it and your life will be more appreciated than it ever was before, love to you all and thank you for everything xxxx

Dear Lara Lou, wishing you a wonderful birthday. It is so lovely to read some a positive and happy post. I was diagnosed with grade 3 womb cancer 18 months ago and it felt like my world had collapsed. Two weeks ago I celebrated my 58th birthday and I make the most of every day. Your words are so true , Love Little Pug xx

Hello little pug. Thank you for your positive story..It's good to have these experiences to refer to and remember especially on our down days. I just wanted to wish you a belated happy birthday and share in your happiness in being free of this unwanted passenger for 18 months. Keep going upwards now. God bless. Love lamb.xx
