Is it normal to experience twinges in the breast 13 weeks post surgery ? Am I just being anxious?

I'm Daisy53 one of the Community Champions on this forum. Yes it's normal to feel twinges of pain in the breast post surgery, it's the nerves in your beast settling down after breast surgery. I'm over two and a half year after my last surgery and I still sometimes get twinges of pain in my breasts.
