PCR in breast but not lymph

Hello, this is my first post. I was looking at the forums because I am feeling lost since I finished treatment last month. The knowledge and experience within this forum is amazing and I wish I'd visited sooner!

I had TNBC 5cm breast lump and 6 lymph nodes (I was stage 3 and grade 3). The first 6 months of chemo dissolved the breast lump but only half of the lymph tumours so I didn't get a PCR. My oncologist said it was unusual for the lymph cancer to remain, but a good sign the breast lump had gone. They didn't have an explanation why the lymph cancer was left but when I asked if it had mutated they said it was possible. I can't help but worry that my lymph tumours were an even more aggressive chemo resistant type of TNBC.  Because I didn't have PCR I did an extra 6 months of chemo (capecitabine), but the side effects were so bad, I had less than half the dose. Now I've finished treatment, I'm plagued with worry that I didn't get through all my treatment - in addition to not handling capecitabine,  was taken off immuno after two doses, and I had about 70% of the first 6 months of chemo due to side effects. So I think if there's any cancer cells left or they metastasise  they'll be resistant and I will be untreatable at Stage 4. My oncologist told me I have 40% chance of reoccurrence and to stay alert to any changes in my body - but my body is a wreck from treatment and I don't think I'll even notice if something new hurts. They don't do routine body scans.

Has anyone else had resistant lymph tumours and are you OK?  Do you know if it's worse for lymph tumours to be resistant?

Thank you.
