I am 4 1/2 weeks post surgery and ended up with second infection and then my arm and breast swelled at weekend and just had it checked and have a seroma. The radiologist used a needle to take out the fluid and it is going for tests. I am due to start chemotherapy a week Saturday so has anyone else had seroma and did it keep coming back and if so for how long. Did it delay your chemo?
