Today I’ve been told that I’m having 3 cycles of Epirubicin and Cyclophosphamide and then 3 of Paclitaxel. This starts on Oct 21st after the heart echo check and baseline MRI. Yes, as you’ve said on here, I do feel better now things are moving.
Roll on the 21st and let battle commence! As you have found out each step makes things easier to handle.
I had 4 cycles of AC followed by 12 weekly sessions of Paclitaxel or Taxol. Sometimes not easy but sometimes not as bad as I had expected. The actual day of the treatment wasn't at all frightening and I quite enjoyed the quiet time watching TV.
I am sending you many hugs from one warrior to another. Looking forward to more news.
Portia.
