It really is a minefield at first @Annjee and feels very overwhelming.  Still learning myself and you learn a lot through other peoples' experiences.

Hiya, the thyrogen injections are purely so you can keep taking your thyroxine medication as normal rather than having to come off it for a few weeks prior. 

I felt a bit sick and tired after, and my skin broke out but other than that absolutely fine! :) good luck x
