This is something you'll want to talk to both your thyroid cancer team and your gynaecologist about. It shouldn't be an issue if they monitor your carefully and adjust your dose as you go along. 
In the time I've been here, many people have had babies during and after thyroid cancer. The docs just have to make sure that your TSH is optimised to ensure you're save and there's no harm to the baby.
