That's quite a lot of surgery. If you'd had a simple thyroidectomy without the lymph nodes, I'd be hoping your wound would be well on the way to healed by now, but the extra incisions for the lymph nodes can make recovery slower.

I would suggest to ask your GP or the practice nurse to take a look at the scar, just in case there's some kind of infection in there.
