I started Selpercatinib 160mg twice a day on Monday. I haven’t noticed any symptoms but I’m not sure if it’s too soon.

I've used the group search 
function and can see that CCRNandMTCsurvivor posted about having Selpercatinib a few months ago so have 'tagged' them into my reply to you in the hope that they'll pop on and share their experience of this drug with you.
