I have been through the ops to remove my thyroid and followed by RAI RADIO IODINEtreatment. I am now on yearly checks. At the same time mg 45 year old son who is healthy athletic and active has undergone a scan followed by biopsy for a swollen area on his thyroid area. He has a second appointment in / weeks presumably to discuss results. I am going crazy. Has.anyond else experienced this situation?
