Hi Elahe
It's natural to be worried when something out of the normal happens. I don't have the experience you're looking for but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.
While you're waiting for replies it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment to date into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
I do hope your doctor can put your mind at rest when they call you.
Sorry Elahe, I was hoping a member with some experience of this would pop on and reply. My thyroid cancer variant is monitored differently. Could you get in touch with your Cancer Nurse Specialist? I've found mine to reply quickly and she's been invaluable when I'm worried about something in-between consultant appointments.

I think for some of us once we're diagnosed with cancer it can be hard not to worry about every new lump, sensation, symptom or test result. I know I do. Especially in the early months/years.
I was told early on my blood markers for my variant may fluctuate, so they try and analyse it over a certain length of time to get a better picture. Easy for them to say, not so easy for us living it!
Coincidentally, I recently read a post (on another forum) about a rise in TgAb and it was commented to try to be as consistent with our blood tests as possible. e.g. Same time of day, same lab. And interestingly, make sure you haven't been taking anything containing biotin – in a B-complex, multi vitamin or hair/nails supplement or in some energy drinks. It was said you should stop biotin at least 72 hours before blood work.
I didn't know this and am partial to an energy drink especially on the drive up to my hospital where I get my bloods done!! So I'll try and remember that. Anyway my point is, it may be something as simple as that which caused your TgAb to fluctuate? Worth checking with your consultant anyway.
Hope this helps a bit.
