Hi all, after my first round of radioiodine just before Xmas,I am starting to feel better,as I said my papillary cancer is extensive in my neck and now mets in both lungs,I felt very tired after radioiodine but starting to get better now and able to walk dog for an hour,my taste is returning .I seen my consultant who’s happy with how I’m progressing with treatment,back on my thyroxine which is 50mg over my normal level getting me ready for a double dose radioiodine in April ,so back on low iodine diet end of February and April for radioiodine,then after a rest from treatment I will be having beam therapy oh by the way I will be getting married in July to my lovely partner Wendy .regards love and peace to all Tomo xxxxx
