Hi, I had cancer and I am 6 years free now. Half an year ago they found small spots in remaining testicle. It has grown to 6 mm in 7 months and they want to do a surgery. My markers are fine. Was anyone in similar situation? Does anyone live with only a part of testicle or with both testicles removed? I am very angry and have no idea why it came back. Any input would help. Thank you.
Hi Jozzef, really sorry to hear that you're going through this again! How unfair! I'm currently seeing my husband go through his first instance of cancer, so I can't give any particualrly personal experience, but we do have a family friend who had testicular cancer twice, 25 years apart. He now lives out a very normal, active life, is out every morning feeding his cows. Wishing you the best of luck with the rest of your treatment!
