Hi, I would like you to write down the symptoms, other than lump on the testicle, which you experience before the diagnose. It could help a lot. Thanks !
I had literally zero symptoms aside the lump. Maybe because I noticed it early?
So no sore throat, hot flashes, night sweats, loss of sex drive, nervous gut feeling ...?
Weird, as I felt unhealthy for one or two months before the diagnosis. What was you treatment like, did you have any lymph nodes swollen and so on if I may ask?
No abnormal lymph nodes detected on ct scans. I had the op and 1 dose of adjuvant chemo. My tumour was 1.5cm.
and that was it? I think you tumor was not dangerous, then you are lucky, as mine even gave me a thrombose in a vein in my shoulder area. How long are you clear now?
All testicular cancers are dangerous. Ignore it and you will die…..the key (or luck) is finding and treating early. Saying that there’s some really brave guys on here who have shared stories of their more advanced staging and still got clear.
I had sharp pains, which started of bearable but progressed to not being able to sleep. At the same time I also had lots of hot sweaty nights (during winter) which wa unusual for me but it was only until I was told my cancer markers were high that I realised my body was working overtime to clear my system (hence the hot nights). Afterwards, the back pain started.
