Hi, I found small nodule on penis shaft 4 weeks ago right near base. First ultrasound showed solid penis mass with no vascularity to it. This was then referred to a urologist. Whilst waiting to see urologist I found a pin head sized solid non movable lump near top of left testicle very close to veins. This was about 3 weeks ago. It is hard to tell if it is in veins or attached to testicle as it does feel as close to veins/tubes as it could be without actually being in vein. The urologist felt it and didn’t seem too concerned due to size of it but felt it was in Scrotum. It’s hard to feel for these things in a cold room and I assured him it was on testicle. Also my penis lump didn’t seem to bother him either due to lack of vascularity and size. Due to my original scan not being done at the hospital they only have the radiologist report and not the scan itself. Nothing was mentioned about the pin head lump in testicle on report and said testicles clear, but due to the urologist feeling it and wanting some scans for my file I am going for a 2nd scan today.
Extremely nervous as I don’t know what this is and feel I’m going to find out very soon.
