I finished my 3x BEP Chemo on 8th March, and had my CT scan a week last Thursday. Friday was results day and I was full of hope.
All Clear ! The chemo has done it's job, and now I'm on 5 years of surveillance.
What an amazing feeling it was strutting out of the hospital knowing I've beaten it (well for now anyway.)
Here's hoping for an uneventful 5 years.
I've written my last blog post for a while now, I'm so glad I wrote it for a number of reasons, not least to help you good folks out who may be on similar journeys.
I'll hang around here still and be of use if I can be...
Stay positive...
Phil.
Hi, thanks for sharing!
My husband is just into the start of his 2nd block week in his cycle. He needs 4 rounds.
This is great news for you. Congratulations!
I'm praying we get the same results in July when he's at the end of his chemo journey (We hope).
Wishing you well and a long and happy life. Hope you build yourself back up quickly!
