Never had any issues. Had my op in July 2020. Started having sex in August after three to four weeks. Casually trying for a baby. My first orgasm felt a bit different at the time but back to normal.
GF doesn't seem to mind one testicle gone! I'll wait and see if I want prostetic. I do miss the removed testicle and was self conscious at the start. Got my confidence back when I realised I didn't necessarily need the second one!
