Hi everyone.
I am writing on behalf of my sister who has recently been diagnosed with stomach and oesophagus cancer. she was due to have her second dose of chemo this week however it was cancelled due to her ALT levels being too high hitting her liver at risk .
We’re not sure why they had elevated so rapidly we are thinking it could be due to the steroids. She was given to take two days prior to the chemo. I was wondering, whether anyone could throw any light on this.
thank you.
