Morning.
I had a ten day course of radiotherapy to my pelvis, a month ago, for recurrence of a uterine sarcoma, just 6 months after my full hysterectomy. I’ve barely suffered any side effects, pain , soreness, etc since then. But yesterday started getting twinges, pinching, twitches kind of feelings in my lower tummy/pelvic area. I’m confused as not had anything like this since it was treated, until now. Is this normal, I’m scared it’s growing or I have another one? Thank you , jane xxx

  • Hi

Sorry to read about this, probably worth contracting your oncology team to discuss as it might be something that might be expected or not but they will have all the details of your treatment and can advise in the specifics of your case.

Hopefully they will just put your mind at rest.

    <<hugs>>

Hi Steve. Yes I have done and they’ve said to keep eye on it, and if gets more consistent, then let them know
