Hi,
had MOHs on columnella which required an alarotomy. Graft gone brown 2weeks post MOHs. Where the surgeon gripped my ala (top of nose) for alarotomy there are 2 indentations.
Question if anybody can help. Brown normal? Will indentations naturally correct? I looked once 4 days post and it looked horrific. Cannot look till seeing surgeon in a few days. Brown described by nurse during wound change ( done twice)
Hi Rad1 and a very warm welcome to the group.
I haven't had Mohs surgery, or a skin graft, so can't help with any personal experience. However there are lots of people in the group who have and hopefully some of them will be along soon to share their experiences with you.
When you next see your surgeon they should be able to advise how quickly your nose should improve.
