Well after a postponement because of that pesky Covid I have finally got my dates.
MOHS removal is scheduled for 13th October and the forehead flap reconstruction for the 14th.
I’m really glad to finally be getting it done although a little apprehensive too.
Have had some really lovely advice and support from others in this group who have had the same surgery so I know there might be some challenges like not being able to wear my glasses because of the dressings etc. but I have also been reassured that the results will be worth it.
So fingers crossed it will all go ahead as planned and in two weeks I’ll be having my Covid test and going into 3 days self isolation with the hubby and in 3 weeks the first part will all be over.
That's great news that you've finally got a date and I'm glad to hear how much support you've had from the other group members.
All the best and keep us informed
