How did your treatment for your BCC go? Last time you posted you were waiting to discuss having it treated with radiotherapy. Did you go ahead with that treatment?
If you Google UV protection hats you'll find there are lots of different ones to choose from. However, if like me, you'd rather try them on in a shop then many of the outdoor clothing companies like Mountain Warehouse stock them.
You don't have to only buy hats that have UV protection though. The general rule is to wear a broad brimmed hat with a brim of at least 3 inches. Two of my hats are UV protected (one's a Tilley hat and the other I bought In Australia) while the other two are broad brimmed straw hats.
