Looking for your views on the best colour of uv protective clothing to wear I know dark colours absorb and light reflect and I suppose regardless its the quality of the material that counts,I personally wear a black Akubra cowboy hat or a widebrimmed navy hat from solbari..which is great until there is any wind, also not keen on vents in hats as they leave exposure, also wondering was anyone who had a first time BCC diagnosis advised to take vitiman B3 afterwards, x
I wasn't advised to take vit b but I have read positive reports about it. It's something I'll ask my consultant next time I see him.
I've read conflicting reports
rvn69. I found this article on B3 - interesting.

I know what you mean about hats in wind. I am farming on the hills in Wales - WINDY! Anything wide brimmed enough to protect my face just takes off and a very tight chin strap irritates me when i am working and the other minus is with wide brimmed I can't see where i am walking or what is ahead of me so is a bit dangerous.
