Not as serious as other conversations on this forum, I know! But since having two carcinomas last year, my dermatologist advised me to put on suncream twice a day, every day - even in the dead of winter (I'm UK based).
Ive tried the regular brands they've got in Boots like Nivea, Ambre Solaire etc. but it's giving my skin on my face a lot of spots. Does anyone have any recommendations from personal expereince for suncream please if after skin cancer we have to wear it daily, that maybe will cause less of a acne/ spot problem?
Thanks
Hi
Have you tried altruist?
It was formulated in part by one of the dermatologist I've seen.
I think you get it on Amazon. It's one I want to try this year.
