I'm afraid I don't have any knowledge of high grade PMP with signet ring cell but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet.
If you type 'high grade with signet ring cell' into the search bar in this group you will find a few posts which mention it and you could have a read through those and reply to any of the recent ones if you think the poster may be able to help you further.
You could also post any questions you have in the Ask a Nurse section of the community and one of the specialist nurses will aim to reply within a couple of working days.
