Hello Alang64  Let me wish you a warm welcome to the online prostate Community - I know you don't want to be here. I see you have already had a cracking reply from Alwayshope above.

I did enter "none secreting PSA" into the search function at the top of the page - this comes up with about 185 answers - some might be old threads, some the search engine has found by error but that information might be with a look.

My husband is a non secreter as well so this adds an extra challenge in that you can't rely on the PSA to monitor whether there is a problem further down the line. In his case he has 3 monthly scans which have picked up when we have had to change treatment to keep the cancer under control, but he is T4.

From what I have read, provided your cancer remains confined to the prostate, a combination of treatments have shown a high cure rate, even though it is rare and aggressive. I hope your cystoscopy confirms this.
