Hi, going through Radiotherapy for Prostate cancer, contained within Prostate -not spread. Finished shortly. Being optimistic I’m planning ( on paper at least) a trip to Europe. I’ll checkout all the suggestions contained in this community, but anyone got direct experience of Travel Insurance for anyone in my similar position.thanks and take care
Hi Bikeboy1,
Welcome to the Online Community! We hope you'll find the experience and support of your fellow Prostate cancer forum members helpful.
This is just a short signpost to let you know that we also have a dedicated forum for discussing travel insurance, so you might like to read through some of the threads, and potentially post your question here:
Welcome again to the Online Community, and I hope the trip planning goes well!
We have an annual insurance with our bank. They refused to cover the prostate cancer until the radiotherapy was completed. Once we got through that they reinstated cover at no extra cost despite ongoing hormone therapy.
Hi Bikeboy1
We have an annual policy with All clear. My wife also has issues too (medical I should add!!) and we used our local broker to sort our policy out. He found that speaking to them rather than completing the online form worked well.
Hope you get sorted both with insurance and PC.
Kind Regards
Brian.
