Hi everyone, this is my first time so here goes.
Diagnosed 9years ago, had prostrate removed, after a while P.S.A started climbing which came as a shock but was assured that radiotherapy and a course of hormone therapy would eradicate it. But this disease has a habit of reappearing which it did by latching itself into my spine.
I am now on a treatment of enzalutamide and a 3 monthly regime of hormone injection therapy. All this has left me incontinent and impotent. I am 75 years old married to a wonderful understanding wife. We are still fairly fit and healthy and do like a holiday.
Can anyone help me find swimming trunks that do not let water in and still look smart because my wife likes to swim but not alone.
Thank you in anticipation.
Good luck to one and all
DickT
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I can't help with your question but I noticed that you hadn't had any reply to your post yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be more easily spotted.
If you still don't get any replies perhaps you could have a chat to your CNS as she may have come across this issue before. Alternatively you could post it in the ask an information and support adviser (link) section of the online community.
While you're waiting for replies it would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

they may be from China but there what you were asking about.
I’m on enzalutamide to I was stage four been through chemotherapy radiotherapy and hormone therapy, I know how the enzalutamide mixed with hormone treatment can have some side effects.
