Treatment hernias and prostate cancer simoultaneously

Hi im new here. 58 yrs old after a routine blood test found psa of 63 gleason score of 8.however at the same time they have found two inguinal hernias. Been intermittently taking low dose of bicutalamide as do not enjoy the side effects. Who would.
